Devyst is a technology studio that builds AI products, custom software, and automation for businesses worldwide. When this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it means Devyst. When it says "you", it means anyone visiting devyst.com or working with us as a client.

We collect only what we need to run our website and deliver our services. That falls into three groups:

• Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and anything you write in our contact form or send us by email.
• Information collected automatically when you browse, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how long you stayed. This comes from standard server logs and analytics.
• Project information shared during an engagement, such as requirements, credentials for systems we are asked to work on, and feedback. This is covered by our client agreements as well as this policy.

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, scope and deliver projects, improve our website, and keep our services secure. We may also use your email address to send you updates about your project or, if you have agreed to it, occasional news about our work.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. That is true today and we intend to keep it that way.

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is aggregated, which means we look at patterns across all visitors rather than tracking you as an individual.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website will keep working, although a few conveniences may be lost.

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client project data is kept for the length of the engagement plus the period required for legal, accounting, and warranty purposes.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.

We take security seriously because it is part of what we sell. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, transfers are encrypted, and client credentials are stored in dedicated secret managers rather than documents or chat threads.

No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever discover a breach that affects your personal data, we will tell you promptly and explain what happened and what we are doing about it.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. We honour these requests regardless of where you are based.

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or the law change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the website rather than burying it.
